Un hommage a été rendu ce mercredi 20 novembre au premier olympien guadeloupéen Maurice CARLTON, né à SAINT-CLAUDE il y a un siècle. Une plaque commémorative a été dévoilée rue Maurice CARLTON, une conférence débat avec un intervenant : M. Harry P. MEPHON, Sociologue a clôturé la manifestation.
